Ep. 1 Summer running and our first episode!
This week Kamile talks about her new Asics Novablast 6 shoes and Ashley tries out some new gels, starting with SIS Beta! We talked about acclimatizing to the heat when you live somewhere where the temperature is up and down, the importance of hydration, applying waterproof sunscreen at least 30 minutes before your run, and trying out running hats.
